Base Package
Included with every Highland Oaks rental.
- 36 acre property access (barn, lawn, forest)
- Table and plastic chair setup and breakdown for up to 300 guests (plastic chairs included)
- Hi-boy cocktail tables
- 12 hour rental window, scheduled with the venue manager
- 1 hour rehearsal time

Elevate your celebration with our professionally managed bar service.
Highland Oaks bartenders will prep, provide barware (cups, ice, napkins, stirs, etc.), serve, and clean up the bar. This is required for each package: Under 75 guests $575, over 75 guests $995.
- 6 hours of bar service (5pm to 11pm)
- Includes choice of 4 Sodas
- Pick 3 beers, 2 wines or assorted seltzers, and 3 liquors from our Highland Oaks Weddings Bar Menu
- Barware (cups, napkins, stirs, etc.)
- We do not serve shots, neat pours, or pours on the rocks
- 6 hours of bar service (5pm to 11pm)
- Includes Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, lemonade, cranberry juice, club soda, tonic, and limes

- Guests under 21 are $5.00 each
- Local sales tax will be added to the final bill
