When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, and any details you share in the message field. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your event with you.

We use cookies and standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location based on IP. We do not sell or rent this data.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, send proposals, and communicate about your event. If you book Highland Oaks, we keep your contact information for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers we use to run the business, such as our email host, hosting provider, and form provider. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information.

Your choices
